    Job requirements

    1.3 years+ experience in marketing support for distributors in Durable Consumer Goods/FMCG industry, independently managing ≥5 offline events (e.g. trade shows, annual meetings) at 200-person level;

    2.Proficient in the whole process of dealer opening (from site selection to opening volume), familiar with SI space design standards and material production process;

    3.Skilled in analyzing regional sales data and outputting actionable strategies;

    4. Have basic financial knowledge, able to prepare single-store profitability model and activity ROI measurement.

    5. Image qualities: good business temperament, with large-scale activities hosting or preaching experience is preferred.

    Job responsibilities

    1.Dealer opening and activity full case execution

    New store opening support: leading dealers opening planning (line design/promotional programs/customer flow blast), coordinating the production and distribution of materials (SI standard audit, customized promotional materials) and the implementation of opening activities;

    Promotional resources integration: linkage with the marketing department to develop holiday promotional programs, guide the terminal stores to land display strategies and promotional tactics, tracking activity data and optimization;

    Regional marketing activities: independently plan and execute brand event marketing, exhibitions, dealer annual meeting/salon sharing sessions, set budget scheduling and control the implementation effect (conversion rate).

    2. Market Intelligence and Policy Landing

    Information Hub Role: Collect the dynamics of competing products, pricing system and consumption trends in each region of the country, output the Monthly Market Combat Guidelines and synchronize them to distributors;

    Accurate communication of policies: Interpretation of the company's channel policy, rebate mechanism, through training sessions / online system to ensure that dealers 100% understand the implementation points;

    Risk Early Warning Mechanism: Monitor dealer inventory turnover, price violations, and intervene in advance in stores with business anomalies.

    3. Dealer capacity system building

    Standardized empowerment tool development: design store operation SOP manual (including sales process, customer management), develop courseware and lead regional training;

    Benchmarking store manager incubation program: for high-potential dealers store manager to carry out "teaching certification", the annual training of 20 + qualified store manager;

    Digital tools promotion: Promote dealers to use the company's ordering/data analysis system to improve order fulfillment rate and turnover efficiency.
