Deep Emission Reduction and Carbon Reduction: Building a Cleaner Production Benchmark

We focus on the key emission aspects of the production process and deploy cutting-edge purification and energy-saving equipment to significantly reduce our environmental footprint: 1.High-efficiency purification system for volatile organic compounds (VOCs): High-efficiency removal of VOCs and odors generated in the production process, single adsorption efficiency of benzene ≥ 92%, toluene removal rate ≥ 95%, and comprehensive adsorption efficiency ≥ 95%. Effectively reduces air pollutant emissions, improves regional air quality, and practices responsible production. 2. Intelligent dust control system: integrated frequency conversion drive technology, compared with traditional equipment to reduce energy consumption by 30%, to achieve green operation. PM2.5 and respirable particles filtration efficiency ≥ 90%, significantly improve the working environment in the workshop, protect the health of employees, reduce dust emissions. 3. Utilization of solid waste resources: towards circular production

We are actively practicing the concept of circular economy, turning the "waste" in the production process into utilizable resources. Slotting dust recycling system integrates dust collection, purification and resource utilization. It utilizes a high-power fan to generate negative pressure to accurately adsorb the dust, and adopts the double high-efficiency filtration technology of "cyclone separation + cloth bag", with a purification efficiency as high as 99.5% to ensure clean air emissions. This technology not only guarantees the cleanliness of the production environment and the health and safety of employees, but also significantly reduces the generation of solid waste, realizes the internal recycling of production waste, effectively saves primary resources and reduces the environmental load.
