Kim Autumn gives me a good time. The DeCNO Group has such a group of light-seekers and doers as the city streets and alleys are filled with joy and peace and most people are busy and enjoy leisure time. They have voluntarily given up their vacations, held their posts, laid down their first line of work, worked in deep tillage, carried out their first mission, carried out their activities in a responsible manner, interpreted the spirit of the craftsmen in silence, performed their duties as a gift to the country, and painted the most beautiful & ldquo belonging to the DECNO; National Day Red &rdquao; I don't know.
The machine is pounding, and the production is moving. On the Fourth of July holiday, factories were scheduled to work and produce at the same time. The four core production lines of the crowding out line, the opening line, the UV line and the packing line are operating in an orderly and efficient manner, and the first-line production workers continue to be on guard and to fight, making them the most exciting view of the holiday. Squeeze out liners focus on the operational parameters of the equipment, so as to ensure that the product base is stable and of equal quality, with precision in matching controlled raw materials and the temperature and formation speed; (b) Focus on the details, precision control equipment to complete the process, such as the opening of the tank, the repair of the side, and the precision of the size; UV Line Technicians finely coated and solidified the whole process to ensure surface senses and millability of products; Packaging line workers are equipped with automation equipment, working in a coordinated and efficient manner, carrying out the sorting, quality checking, sealing, storage, etc., in a rigorous manner, and in order to link up the final chain of production in order to ensure that the finished product is properly prepared and delivered. Every day, they repeat the exacting work, abandon the time they spend with their families, hold on to the buzzing workshops, busy workspaces, and sharpen their quality with the heart of the craftsman, in order to maintain the steady progress of the enterprise ' s productive tasks, highlighting the DECNO & ldquo; Be honest and do what you're told. The bottom color of the struggle.
Production progresses in an orderly manner and ensures that the entire journey is online. If the first-line production partner is the front-line major force, then the plant ' s logistics support department is a solid backstop for Memmerto ' s production and escort. They protect the smooth operation of the production operations of the enterprises with a full range of sophisticated services. Quality control & ldqua; Quality is king &rdquao; The core guidelines are to follow up the whole production process, from raw material sampling and process inspection to end-of-product re-examination, and to strictly enforce the quality standards to ensure that each product is of high quality and that the company ' s reputation is protected by professional rigour. Equipment maintenance pictogram “ Security guards ” Regular inspections, debugging and maintenance of equipment of all types are carried out, failure is checked in a timely manner, hazards are eliminated, problems in the operation of the equipment are resolved and the defence of equipment for continuous production is secured. The Client Services Department maintains a consistent line of service, is patiently connected, responds to clients ' needs in a timely manner, follows up on orders in a detailed manner, communicates proactively and coordinates issues, and makes every effort to safeguard the rights and interests of clients with honest, professional and efficient services. The Procurement Department focuses on production requirements, matching the supply of and demand for materials for production, following up in real time on the whole process of the procurement, warehousing and replenishment of materials, integrating the quality of controlled materials with the time limits for supply, ensuring that the production line is adequately supplied and continuously, and providing solid material support for the efficient advancement of production. The Ministry of Administration and Human Resources is closely engaged in the production of human resources; it has completed the recruitment, placement and training of personnel; it has integrated personnel services, plant transport and staff security; it has responded efficiently to the first line of demand; and it has established solid human resources administrative support for the smooth functioning of production.
On the national holiday, the Group ' s partners at its headquarters were equally committed and responsible, efficiently integrated and accurately empowered. The Sales Department ' s operations managers travel to international markets to seize the opportunities of the holiday market, proactively engage new and old clients, expand market resources, follow up on project cooperation, negotiate purchase orders, gain real-time knowledge of market dynamics, and combe customer needs in order to achieve annual goals with a view to working hard to achieve a steady expansion of group operations. Building on its core functions of synergy, the Department of Production and Supply coordinates movement control, precision and chain of production, procurement and sales, rationalizes the allocation of resources and coordinates, in an orderly manner, the supply of materials, product depots, order delivery, etc., in order to ensure continuity of production and secure delivery. Every document and data is handled in a rigorous manner by the Centre ' s partners to ensure that the financial operations are regulated and efficient. The Talent Development Centre uses the vacation window to streamline the post-literate recruitment and training programme and to build up the pool of capacity for the group ' s talent ladder. The government's partners are using “ Detailed, service-wide ” This gesture created a network of logistics during the holidays. From reception to green plant maintenance, from document reconciliation to construction coordination, the business of the group and staff is at stake. They have always watched over the day-to-day operations of the DeCNO family, leaving the first-line strugglers without fear.
And the mountains and the rivers will be embroidered, It's an honor to be ordinary. This national holiday, from the production line to the logistics, from the regular factory to the group headquarters, is the most valuable asset of the enterprise and the best fighter. They have taken on an extraordinary role, given their small family, in a quiet and dedicated manner, to interpret their original mission and to write about the responsibilities and feelings of the DECCO people.
